Product Warranty
IRIS warrants to the final purchaser of products it manufactures that those products will be free from defects of material and workmanship. The standard depot warranty shall only apply to defects appearing within twenty-four (24) months starting three (3) days from date of shipment from IRIS's factory. IRIS's Advanced High Sensitivity and I.P. sensor-based Cameras are warranted for sixty (60) months. Cameras with infra-red emitters are warranted for thirty-six (36) months. Items not directly manufactured by IRIS are subject to the original manufacturer's warranty, if any. Contact IRIS for more information.
Software Licensing
Software supplied with IRIS-manufactured products is copyrighted and furnished under a license and nondisclosure agreement to the end-user, and as such may only be used or copied within the terms of those agreements. Software supplied by others will be controlled by license rights granted by such parties. Contact IRIS for more information.
Trademarks
Product names, trademarks, and logos presented may only be used with written permission from IRIS or their respective owners. Trademarks used in any representation remain the property of their respective owners.
Other
Technical information, including IRIS-provided manuals and technical bulletins are solely intended for use by its dealers, distributors, and end-user customers of IRIS products.
